As the parent company of the adesso Group, adesso SE (formerly adesso AG) prepares a separate non-financial consolidated report in accordance with section 315b(3) of the German Commercial Code (HGB) with exempting effect for group companies subject to reporting requirements. The report was prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) starting in 2024.
