adesso expands its range of consulting activities and products in the area of pension strategy, company pension schemes and working time accounts / Acquisition of majority stake in RIES Corporate Solutions GmbH

adesso insurance solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of adesso SE, has acquired a majority stake in pension strategy consultants RIES Corporate Solutions GmbH, expanding adesso Group's expertise in the areas of company pension schemes, working time accounts and partial retirement programmes. The integration of legal, strategic, business and actuarial advisory services, as well as insolvency protection and administration, rounds off the Group's current service offering centred on the existing in|sure CollPhir software solution. With an established digital platform, adesso insurance solutions GmbH is positioning itself as an end-to-end consulting and implementation partner in the attractive digital pension management market.

RIES Corporate Solutions GmbH is set to be renamed adesso benefit solutions GmbH as part of the acquisition of 80 % of shares in the specialist consulting firm. The previous managing director and founder of RIES, Michael Ries, will receive managerial support in the new adesso unit from Dr Michael Höhnerbach, long-time board member at adesso insurance solutions GmbH. By completing this strategic investment, adesso insurance solutions GmbH is expanding its portfolio of services to encompass the entire company pensions value chain, with the ability to function as a one-stop shop for end-to-end solutions. in|sure CollPhir - adesso's solution for company pensions and working time accounts - will become a fully digital pension and benefits platform geared towards German SMEs. In addition, a contractual trust arrangement (CTA) is to be expanded to fund pension obligations and help customers optimise their balance sheets. Services are targeted at businesses but also providers of products such as asset management. adesso benefit solutions offers all the necessary solutions "as a service", allowing customers to start benefiting from the new programme immediately.
