adesso AG: departure of Christoph Junge from the Executive Board; Jörg Schroeder will succeed as CFO

adesso AG announces that Executive Board member Christoph Junge will be leaving the Executive Board at his own request with effect from 30 September of this year. For more than 13 years, Mr. Junge on the adesso AG Executive Board has been shaping the successful development of adesso into one of the largest independent IT companies in Germany with more than 3,700 employees. The personnel, legal and administrative functions of the board, which have been the responsibility of Mr. Junge, will be assumed within the existing management. For the finance department, a successor has already been found with 41-year-old Jörg Schroeder starting on 1 September, who has gained experience at various stations at a large IT organization and was most recently responsible for the commercial areas as CFO. For a transitional period, Mr. Junge will be available as a consultant.

The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board also cordially thank Mr. Junge on behalf of the employees for his many years of outstanding work and wish him all the best for the future.
