DKV automates nursing care insurance claims processes with in|sure Health Claims

DKV, the ERGO Group's health insurer, has decided to start using adesso Group's in|sure Health Claims. The claims management system from adesso insurance solutions GmbH will allow DKV to optimise its nursing care insurance billing processes. In cooperation with consultants from adesso insurance solutions, DKV has already begun integrating in|sure Health Claims into its existing IT environment. Among other things, the software will be connected to DKV's systems for the digital entry of incoming invoices and integrated into its workflow, payment and printing systems. DKV will also be connected online to MEDICPROOF, the medical, dental and caregiving consultancy and assessment service for private health insurers.

The use of in|sure Health Claims will allow DKV to provide extensive digital support for the extremely complex billing process associated with caregiving. The software solution from adesso insurance solutions also enables the automated processing of services provided by private health insurers under compulsory care plans. DKV aims to use the claims management system to optimise its billing processes and achieve significant automation of material processes.

Attracting DKV, one of the largest German private health insurers, is the latest success in adesso Group's efforts to market its in|sure product family. With its advanced platform and flexible product modelling, the in|sure Health industry solution for private health insurers has already won over four clients. The software is scheduled to enter into full use at DKV in 2019.
