adesso AG extends contract with CFO Christoph Junge ahead of schedule until
the end of 2017

The Supervisory Board of adesso AG has extended its contract with CFO
Christoph Junge (44) by three years. The contract was scheduled to expire
at the end of 2014. By extending the contract early, the Supervisory Board
is helping ensure continuity in its Executive Board division responsible
for Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Legal Affairs as well as
for Mergers & Acquisitions for the years to come. The contract renewal is
also an expression of the trust in Dortmund-based adesso Group's ability to
make its challenging targets with Junge as its CFO.

Christoph Junge has been a member of adesso's long-serving Executive Board
team since 2007. Since then, adesso has expanded the company's business by
around 20 % a year on average. The company generated sales of EUR 136.2
million in 2013. With an equity ratio of over 47 % and liquid assets of
more than EUR 21 million at the end of 2013, adesso is a growth company
with some of the most solid financing in the industry. Junge holds a degree
in industrial engineering. As a member of adesso AG's Executive Board, he
has additionally been in charge of Human Resources, Administration and
Legal Affairs since 2011. Despite a lack of qualified professionals in the
industry and the challenges in finding IT experts that go along with this
situation, the company has succeeded under Junge's leadership in increasing
its workforce by 44 % over the past two years and employed 1,221 people as
of the end of 2013. adesso is making significant investments in recruiting
professionals with the best qualifications as well as in ongoing training
opportunities and an appealing working environment. adesso was once again
voted one of Germany's best employers in 2014.
