adesso AG increases operating earnings in the third quarter of 2016 to mark
a new high of EUR 7.7 million / Raise in guidance for financial year 2016

In the third quarter of 2016, adesso achieved an EBITDA of EUR 7.7 million
(previous year: EUR 5.4 million) with sales of EUR 69.6 million and thus
reached new quarterly record levels. Sales revenues increased by 31 % and
EBITDA by 41% compared to the third quarter of the previous year. Excluding
acquisitions-related growth, sales growth was 21% and EBITDA was as well
21% higher as a result of employee growth, high capacity utilisation and
good licensing revenues.

After the first nine months of 2016, revenues amounted to EUR 188.4 million
(previous year: EUR 140.2 million, + 34%) and EBITDA was raised to EUR 16.6
million (previous year: EUR 9.6 million, + 73 %). The full-year guidance,
already adjusted due to the smarthouse acquisition, with a sales target of
EUR 231 to EUR 243 million and an EBITDA target of EUR 17.0 to EUR 19.5
million, will be raised regarding the positive development in the third
quarter and the positive further prospects. Now sales revenues of EUR 252
to 262 million are expected for the full year 2016. In view of the
promising prospects for further contracts in the field of adesso's product
family inIsure for the insurance industry, the range of the EBITDA-guidance
is being widened and raised to EUR 20 to 24 million.

An interim announcement with further figures for the third quarter and the
first nine months of 2016 will be published tomorrow, on 1 December 2016.
