New service portal for LOTTO Thüringen goes online
adesso solutions form the foundation for online gaming features
On 5 September, lottery company Lotterie-Treuhandgesellschaft mbH Thüringen launched its new service portal www.lotto-thueringen.de. Adapted for a range of sales channels, the portal features information and online gaming options to suit the company’s different customer groups. Following an open tender by BARMER GEK, adesso AG has been awarded a strategic partnership framework contract and will now support Germany’s largest health insurance provider in its software testing activities. BARMER GEK is undertaking an ever-increasing number of major projects, and the current contract covers the implementation of application tests to ensure their subsequent fault-free start-up. To achieve this objective, BARMER GEK will rely on the expertise adesso has accumulated in the field of public health insurance funds and modern software testing procedures.

LOTTO Hamburg GmbH has again been offering customers the opportunity to play the lottery online at www.lotto-hh.de since 6 August 2012. Based on the in|FOCUS direct customer platform and the FirstSpirit content management system, IT service provider adesso AG developed the technical solution for integrating online lotteries into the internet presentation of LOTTO HAMBURG.

Nintendo To Use e-Spirit’s Content Integration Platform for European Web Relaunch
Migration of twelve country websites in eight languages to FirstSpirit CMS
Nintendo of Europe GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary of the Japanese interactive entertainment company Nintendo, is relaunching its European websites using the FirstSpirit content management system from e-Spirit. With FirstSpirit the company will be maintaining its content for all twelve country sites in eight languages on a single future-secure platform. In addition to the latest information on its games and game consoles such as Wii or Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo uses its websites to provide its customers with access to Club Nintendo. Online competitions and contact information to customer service are also provided. Using FirstSpirit, Nintendo will in the future be able to greatly simplify the administration of web content and more effectively deliver information quickly and in real time.

Germany’s national employment agency to launch mobile jobs portal
Dortmund’s enterprise mobility developer adesso mobile solutions GmbH has won a contract to adapt the jobs portal and website of the German national employment agency for use on mobile end devices. The employment agency wants to use this feature to balance supply and demand better.
