adesso receives €6.5 million order from E.ON: FirstSpirit™ software becomes global group’s standard

adesso AG as well as subsidiaries e-Spirit and adesso mobile solutions assist worldwide relaunch of intranet and internet portals

adesso AG is supporting E.ON AG with a comprehensive service package for the relaunch of the energy group’s 120 intranet and internet portals around the world. This involves introducing the FirstSpirit™ content management system from adesso subsidiary e-Spirit AG as well as providing maintenance and support across the group. Other adesso solutions from the adesso Group such as web in|MOTION from adesso mobile solutions GmbH are also included in the order. The goal is to standardise all of the company’s internet and intranet sites on the basis of centralised templates, workflows and publishing processes.

Speedo: E-Commerce with High Performance CMS from e-Spirit

FirstSpirit integration with IBM WebSphere commerce for a streamlined, multilingual website

Relaunch for Speedo.com: Speedo, the world’s leading swimwear brand is getting a makeover of its global website using FirstSpirit™. With its capacity for seamless integration with IBM WebSphere Commerce, the FirstSpirit™ content management system (CMS) allows Speedo to distribute the massive volumes of content elements on its website to its sales markets while automating it for its online shop. The CMS allows content to be published for each specific country while also maintaining a consistent look & feel. The elaborate relaunch project was completed in just three months, with specific country sites for France, Italy, UK, and an international site. Additional sites in different languages will follow.

adesso wins European-wide tender of Agrarmarkt Austria in the amount of EUR 6 million

The know-how of its software developers makes adesso the favoured partner

adesso Austria GmbH will be the exclusive software development partner of Agrarmarkt Austria (AMA), Vienna, for another period of five years. adesso won the European-wide tender of the Austrian federal organisation and pay office responsible for market regulations and market interventions. The order value amounts to EUR 6 million. This is an important basis for the further development of adesso’s business activities in Austria.

Customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken Can Now Use Mobile Internet Banking

Supported by adesso mobile from Dortmund, GAD eG, an expert for finance IT situated in Münster, optimised its internet banking solution for mobile use. Customers from Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, which are serviced by GAD, can henceforth comfortably and safely handle their banking via mobile phone, PDA, Smartphone or iPhone. The project has been realized by means of the product “web in|MOTION”.

New module in adesso’s comprehensive portfolio for building societies

adesso AG is the selected partner for the enhancement and marketing of the core system JoKer, developed by Bausparkasse Mainz. The IT service provider has many years of experience in the consulting and project business for the banks and finance sector and has therefore been the preferred partner for this cooperation. JoKer is a Java-based core system which covers all processes and linked services in a building society.
