Share Transactions Subject to Reporting Requirements
Since 1 July 2002, members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of a German listed company according to Section 15a (1) of the Securities Trade Act (WpHG) have to report to the company and to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) if they acquire or dispose shares of the company or rights related to said shares. This obligation also applies to certain persons closely related to members of the Executive Board and / or Supervisory Board (e.g. spouses, children, parents).
