BOV is now adesso

On 18 September 2007, the Dortmund District Court registered a number of other significant formal resolutions of the general meeting following the registration of the merger between adesso and BOV in August 2007. BOV AG now operates under the name adesso AG. The registered office of the company is Dortmund.

Profitable six months with sales growth before the merger with adesso

BOV publishes half-year financial report / Positive business developments

BOV was able to increase sales in the first six months of 2007 by 4% from EUR 5.673 million to EUR 5.883 million compared to the same period last year. This was mainly due to activities in Switzerland with high order volumes, including contracts from new customers.

Order volume in the millions in Switzerland with 30% capacity increase

Change of name to adesso Schweiz AG

Glance AG, the Swiss subsidiary of BOV AG, has reported an order volume of CHF 6.8 million for 2007 (approximately EUR 4.2 million). Numerous new projects were obtained in Switzerland for renowned customers such as Swiss Life, Winterthur Versicherungen, Credit Suisse, MeteoSchweiz and the Federal Statistical Office.
