adesso AG, Dortmund intends to approve a total of 29,210,150 no-par bearer shares with a mathematical proportion of capital stock equal to EUR 1.00 per share and with a full right to dividends effective 1 January 2007 for trading in the regulated market (general standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, including 25,573,650 shares from the capital increase on 30 July 2007 for the implementation of the merger with adesso AG (old) effective 13 August 2007 and an additional 3,636,500 shares from the capital increase in exchange for contributions in kind on 2 October 2007. Approval of the securities is expected on 19 May 2008.

adesso AG steigert Umsatz und Ergebnis im 1. Quartal 2008 deutlich

Interim announcement according to section 37 WpHG

IDie adesso AG ist mit einer guten Geschäftsentwicklung im 1. Quartal in das Jahr 2008 gestartet. Die Umsatzerlöse konnten auf 14,1 Mio. EUR (Vorjahr: 8,8 Mio. EUR) deutlich gesteigert werden. Die Steigerung wurde getragen vom Bereich Services, der Bereich Solutions lag im ersten Quartal etwas unter den Erwartungen. Unter Herausrechnung des Umsatzes der im Vorjahr erworbenen Unternehmen ergibt sich ein Wachstum von 11 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Der Umsatzanteil im Ausland lag bei 15 %. Die Mitarbeiterzahl stieg organisch durch Neueinstellungen in den ersten 3 Monaten insgesamt um 4 % auf 529 Mitarbeiter (492 umgerechnete Vollzeitstellen).
