adesso AG: subsidiary evu.it assumes control of software company dynamicutilities and continues product development activities

Promising new range of products for the energy and water sectors

evu.it GmbH, an adesso subsidiary, has purchased a 100% stake in Münster-based software company dynamicutilities GmbH, primarily from financial investors. Since 2009, dynamicutilities has been working on the dynamic.suite range of products which support business processes of the energy and water sectors. Based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV™, the products are particularly suitable for the mid-range market segment represented by regional and municipal utilities. The first module went on sale in 2010, and the completion of the entire suite is planned for 2011. Marketing has already begun – the products made their debut at the E-world software trade fair.

adesso successfully places its own industry portfolio at seven German trade fair operators

Sales volume from trade fair customers tops the million euro mark

With a comprehensive portfolio of services specially tailored to the needs of trade fair operators, adesso has already won over seven German trade fair companies as customers since 2009. In 2010 alone, adesso realised sales of over EUR 1 million. Services offered by adesso range from expert consultation in setting up web-based portals and mobile applications to hands-on assistance in implementing these solutions, based on a powerful Content Management System. Often, this process involves replacing existing CMS solutions from other providers which have reached their technical limits with adesso's high-end content management system "FirstSpirit (TM)". Trade fair operators frequently employ numerous online editors to manage a large number of websites for the various trade fairs, and hence understand the benefits of a stable, highly available and flexible platform that can be integrated into existing IT infrastructure.

adesso AG Coordinates Consulting Business by Combining Two Executive Officer’s Departments

Mutual Agreement on Early Withdrawal of Executive Board Member Holger Danowsky

In agreement with the Supervisory Board Holger Danowsky will withdraw from his membership in adesso Executive Board effective from 31 January 2011. In July 2010 Danowsky had been appointed Member of the adesso Executive Board due to the integration of the subsidiary SITGATE AG and was in charge of the department IT Management Consulting.

Change in chairmanship in adesso Executive Board

Michael Kenfenheuer and Dr. Rüdiger Striemer appointed Co-CEOs

With effect from 01 January 2011 the Supervisory Board of adesso AG named Michael Kenfenheuer and Dr. Rüdiger Striemer as Co-CEOs. They resume chairmanship from Rainer Rudolf, who remains in charge of the divisions administration and legal affairs and, together with the other members of the board, stays in authority of adesso management.

adesso AG records strong sales and earnings growth in the third quarter of 2010

Interim announcement according to section 37 WpHG

In the first nine months of 2010, adesso AG increased its sales revenues by 20 % year on year to EUR 60.9 million. After a weaker first half of the year, operating earnings more than doubled in the third quarter. Earnings per share amounted to EUR 0.17 in the third quarter and to EUR 0.27 in the first nine months (previous year: EUR 0.38).
