BOV AG im 1. Quartal profitabel

Interim announcement according to section 37 WpHG

Die Geschäfte der BOV AG entwickelten sich im ersten Quartal positiv. Sämtliche operative Konzerngesellschaften arbeiteten profitabel. Der Bereich der Softwareentwicklung für Großrechnersysteme konnte im ersten Quartal ein größeres Projekt erfolgreich abschließen und zahlreiche Auftragsverlängerungen realisieren. Im Geschäftsfeld IT-Trainings wurden zahlreiche Schulungen und Konzepte für Unternehmen der adesso-Gruppe realisiert. In der Schweiz nahm ein neu eingestelltes, größeres Team von Softwareentwicklern die Arbeit im Rahmen eines Projekts auf. Hierdurch erhöhte sich die Kapazität in der Schweiz um mehr als ein Viertel.

Announcement of legal challenges against resolutions passed by the general meeting in accordance with Section 246 Paragraph 4 and Section 249 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG)

BOV AG has been served with actions of nullity and opposition against resolutions passed by the general meeting on 25 July 2006 by three shareholders of the company. Under the master file number 44 O 127/06, the Essen District Court has set a hearing date before the chamber on 4 December 2006, 11:00 am in room 101 and has granted BOV AG four weeks to prepare a statement of defence.
